PERSONAL TRAINING
A Personal Trainer is a fitness professional invoved in exercise prescription and instruction.
Since leaving the Parachute Regiment in 2010 I have qualified as a Personal Trainer and opened my own Gym. To stay focused and to gain experience I have competed in Strongman, Powerlifting and many OCRs and fitness events.
